Attorney (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú); Master of Philosophy in Policy Studies (Centre for Property Studies at the University of New Brunswick, Canada). Mr. Endo, a World Bank and IFC consultant in Land Administration issues, has participated in the Peruvian land formalization programs.  He was also Risk Engineering Manager for Orion, a financial institution providing mortgage-backed credit in formalized peri-urban areas in Peru. He is a professor of property law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
