Paul Phumpiu Chang

Economic affairs

Economist (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú), with a  Ph.D. in Economics (University of Minnesota) and a Postgraduate Degree (University of Cambridge). Mr. Phumpiu was General Manager of SUNASS (National Regulatory Agency for Water and Sanitation) and OSIPTEL (National Regulatory Agency for Telecommunications). Currently, he is President of the Free Competition Commission at INDECOPI (National Agency for Antitrust and Intellectual Property Rights) and Member of the Collegial Body for Solving Controversies in OSITRAN (National Regulatory Agency for Transportation). He lectures courses in industrial organization, government regulation, managerial economics, and economic analysis of law at Faculties of Economics and Law Schools.
