Lima, 08 March 2012 - The Inward FTA proposal is a program that Hernando de Soto designed and presented to former President Garcia and his ministers in 2006; a proposal that aimed to give to poor and middle classes in Peru the same rights and mechanisms to do business and prosper that the FTA with the U.S. would give formal American and Peruvian companies.
